Professional Experience in Manufacturing Integration and Execution
With over 14+ years of professional experience, I have dedicated my career to designing technical and solution architecture and delivering robust Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII), Manufacturing Execution Solutions (MES) and Digital Manufacturing (DM).
My expertise spans both technical and functional aspects, encompassing Operations, Quality, and Material Management.
My experience extends across a diverse range of industrial verticals, including Hi-Tech, Automotive, Beverages, Chemical, Mining, Petrochemical, and Electrical sectors.
I have a proven track record through various project engagements, including three full implementations, four development and support projects, and one migration and development initiative.
A core strength lies in my ability to evaluate all business requirements meticulously and devise integrated solutions that cater comprehensively to customer needs.
I am adept at providing prototypes for Proofs of Concept (POCs) and conducting impactful demonstrations for clients.
Furthermore, I possess sound integration skill sets, particularly in technical aspects concerning PLCs, pick-to-light systems, OPC, and other PLC-based devices using PCO/OPC.
My responsibilities consistently include solution design, configuration, and customization, alongside thorough technical analysis and documentation.
I am proficient in project management methodologies, having successfully utilized both Waterfall and Agile models.
ECC/HANA integration experience using IDOC and BAPI/RFC
My MES integration expertise covers a range of platforms, including SAP ME, CAMSTER MES, WERUM MES, and Honeywell MES.
In terms of PLC integration, I have hands-on experience with Siemens S7 300, Siemens S7 200, Historians, Torque tools, RFID controllers, pick-to-light systems, and Kepware OPC.
Labels generation using ADS for Printers & Scanners integration.
For development, I utilize tools such as Microsoft Visio and Adobe Life Cycle Designer.
Additionally, I possess a basic understanding of SAP WM, QM, MM, PM, and PP modules, as well as SAP UI5 and SAP Fiori.
